I’m not on the road yet but july was the first month without employment for me and a dry run before I go travelling.
I already started in may working as a translator. My rough goal was to earn about half the budget that I planned for my trip. And I succeded.
In july I earned €280 with translations working not even one hour a day. That’s a relief for me to be able to earn money while travelling.
Apart from that I earned some money from several banks for attracting new customers or opening an account, overtime from the clinic and some compensation for taking part in medical studies.
Thus I made €772 in july. That’s enough for one month of travelling.
As for my cost of living in Germany: I consider it uninteresting for you and won’t tell. 😀
